Braden is the vision of Elevated Construction. With steadfast determination and a keen ability to identify inefficiencies, he set out to make a difference by building a business with unconventional approaches. The underlying desire was to create employment for a group of people that Elevated could provide a life of contentment for themselves and their families. Personal and professional develop- ment has been imbedded into the roots of Elevated, and will always remain a focus. Braden brings a diverse set of management skills and passion about developing employees.

You’ll often hear him ask “How are we setting them up for success?”, illustrating his commitment to the Elevated’s brand and core values. He is an active and engaged member of the Austin Apartment Association, having served on several committees including Product Service Council and previously a chair of the NEXTGEN committee. He has exponentially grown Elevated since 2019 while keeping a sincere focus on the fundamentals of taking care of our employees and customers first, while allowing profits and growth to follow. When Braden isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family, house projects, camping, and any activity around the
water.
